I had bought sausage to make meatballs, but I didn’t want to make meatballs so I made this! But of course I changed it a bit!

1 I did use a crockpot or whipped cream cheese- I used 1/2 a block of cream cheese. I completely omitted the chicken broth because I wasn’t cooking my tortellini in the crock pot.
2. I did 1 can of tomatoes and added some extra Italian seasoning. I let that cook for about 10 minutes, added my cream cheese while I boiled my pasta (4 minutes and that was done!)
3. The sauce gets thick- probably because I didn’t have as much liquid- so before I added the pasta I added half and half- just enough so it wasn’t to thick—–YUMMMMMMMMMMM! Added pasta and sprinkled with cream cheese!
Easy! Hadley helped- she “tested” it while it was cooking!

Yes- Dennis said it was pretty filling and very rich- you don’t need tons!
